Women’s Board
Founded in 2002, the Women’s Board advances the activities and prominence of The Joffrey Ballet as a leading cultural and educational institution.
Members embrace the spirit of philanthropy, expressing their passion for the Joffrey through advocacy and support. The Women’s Board raises over $2 million annually for The Joffrey Ballet. Members promote special, mission-driven fundraising efforts, such as The Nutcracker Costume Maintenance Initiative and the Joffrey’s Community Engagement programs.

En Pointe Initiative
The En Pointe committee is proud to announce 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' as the recipient of the Women's Board's En Pointe Initiative for the 2024-2025 season.
Farissa Knox, Women's Board President
Knox joined the Joffrey Women’s Board in the spring of 2019, was elected to the Joffrey Board of Directors in 2021, and, in 2023, served as Co-Chair for the highest-grossing Women’s Board Luncheon in the event’s history.
