Joffrey Ticket Sales

Tickets may be purchased three ways:

  • Online
  • By calling 312.386.8905, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • In-person at Lyric Opera House Box Office, located on the corner of Wacker and Madison, Monday– Friday, noon to 6:00 PM or noon until curtain up on performance days. Lyric Opera House Box Office is cashless. Credit card purchases only. (This option is only available for performances taking place at Lyric Opera House).

Please note that the Joffrey Box Office, formerly located at Joffrey Tower  (10 East Randolph Street) is permanently closed.

Ticket Exchanges, Trades, and Donations

We understand that conflicts can arise. If your schedule changes and you are no longer able to attend a performance, flexibility is yours! You may exchange your tickets for another performance or make a tax-deductible donation by returning your tickets to the Joffrey. Contact our Patron Services Team for assistance at 312.386.8905.
