This season, the stage is about so much more.

After a long year away, the Joffrey makes a triumphant return to live performances. Join us for the second half of our inaugural season at Lyric Opera House and celebrate the magic of the stage with the company debut of Serenade by George Balanchine, the world premiere of Of Mice and Men by Cathy Marston, and the light-hearted Don Quixote from choreographer Yuri Possokhov.

Plus the return of Winning Works at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, and upcoming tour stops in Santa Barbara and San Diego, California.

  • ‘Don Quixote’

A family-friendly ballet full of bravery, fantasy, and love. Yuri Possokhov’s fresh interpretation of this revered ballet classic centers on Don Quixote, an aging and eccentric nobleman, who imagines himself to be a valiant knight.
