Joffrey Box Office
The Joffrey Ballet box office, located at 10 East Randolph Street, is open for walk-up ticket purchases from noon until 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. The Patron Services phone line is open for questions and purchases from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. For purchases within the one hour preceding a performance, please go to the Lyric Opera House Box office, located at the venue (20 N. Wacker Dr.).
Tickets to Joffrey performances should be purchased through The Joffrey Ballet Box Office and not Lyric Opera House, unless purchasing within one hour of performance time. Please note that the Box Office at Lyric Opera House, as well as Lyric Opera House Concessions, is only accepting electronic payment at this time.

Ticket Exchanges, Trades, and Donations
We understand that conflicts can arise. If your schedule changes and you are no longer able to attend a performance, flexibility is yours! You may exchange your tickets for another performance or make a tax-deductible donation by returning your tickets to the Joffrey. Contact our Patron Services Team for assistance at 312.386.8905.
