An Update on COVID-19

While continuing to put the health and safety of our community first, Adult  classes are held in person following our current Academy COVID-19 Guidelines (guidelines subject to change).

In accordance with The Joffrey Ballet's duty to provide and maintain an environment that is free of known hazards, Joffrey has adopted a policy requiring all eligible students/participants to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to participate in in-person classes and activities at Joffrey properties. Currently, a vaccine for individuals under the age of 12 has not been approved; therefore, students under the age of 12 will be required to wear a mask and always maintain six feet of social distance.  Students in the process of becoming fully vaccinated (two weeks after final dose) will be permitted to participate but must wear a mask and always maintain six feet of social distance. All eligible participants must show proof of vaccination at check-in beginning October 1, 2021. This policy will comply with all applicable laws and is based on guidance from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention and local health authorities.
