Oliver Till

Oliver Till is a graduate of The Royal Ballet School, having joined the schools junior associate program at 9 years old. During his education Oliver represented the school as Head Boy meeting the then Prince Charles and other VIPs on multiple occasions.

Oliver spent his dancing career with Birmingham Royal Ballet as a Soloist under David Bintley.

He danced many roles across a wide diverse repertoire from choreographers such as Peter Wright, Frederick Ashton, David Bintely, Dame Ninette de Valois, Kenneth Macmillan, George Balanchine, Michel Fokine, Jessica Lang and Stanton Welch to name a few. With Birmingham Royal Ballet Oliver performed multiple times in USA, Japan, China, Europe and across the UK nationally.

During his career he spent time away from dancing to intern at an investment bank in New York City and graduated with a BA(Hons) Business with Environment degree. He coached at Elmhurst Ballet School summer programs and after retiring professionally went on to complete the ABT-NTC Pre-Primary to Level 7 and Partnering, and Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT).

Oliver has taught classes and coached in the New York Metropolitan area, helping dancers prepare for vocational training, technique development and competitions such as NYCDA and YAGP.

Most recently Oliver was Ballet Teacher at Swedish National Ballet School in Gothenburg, Sweden. He assisted in the transition to the ABT-NTC curriculum, was mentor team leader for grades 3 – 6, managed their school’s program and led their Open Days and Dance Camps.
