Information for Ticket Holders

The Joffrey’s annual production of The Nutcracker accounts for half of the Joffrey’s earned revenue. Ticket holders to canceled performances, please contact the Joffrey Patron Services team at patronservices@joffrey.org, or by calling 312.386.8905 to make a fully tax-deductible donation to The Joffrey Ballet, crediting the money to your Joffrey account, and refunds.
