Olivia Tang-Mifsud joined The Joffrey Ballet in 2016.

 

Ms. Tang-Mifsud was born in Los Angeles, CA and was raised in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. She began her ballet training at age 6 with the Palos Verdes Ballet under director Uta Graf-Apostol and teacher Sae Rom Lee. During her time there, she performed title roles in The Nutcracker, Cinderella, and Firebird. In 2014, she moved to San Francisco, CA to attend the San Francisco Ballet School under director Patrick Armand. With the school, she performed works by Kenneth MacMillan and John Neumeier. She also had the opportunity to perform on stage with the company in San Francisco Ballet's The Nutcracker and Swan Lake. Ms. Tang-Mifsud is very grateful for the opportunities and experiences she has had and is eager to expand and build upon what she has learned. She is thrilled to join the Joffrey Ballet this season and thanks her teachers, friends, and family for all their love and support.
