Guidelines for In-Kind Donations

The Joffrey Ballet receives a high volume of requests for donated performance tickets, company merchandise and Academy passes.  While the Joffrey is proud to support other non-profit organizations in their fundraising efforts, we are limited in the number of requests we can fulfill.  It is our privilege to consider donation requests from institutions and organizations that align with the mission of The Joffrey Ballet, but regretfully we are only able to fulfill a small percentage or requests.

 

Minimum guidelines for consideration:

    *Organization must be Non-Profit (501c3)

    *Organization should have no religious or political association

    *Donation request must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the event

    *Only one donation request per organization per year

 

Donation requests must be submitted by U.S. mail at least six weeks prior to the event date.  Please include the date of your event, an address and contact of where donation should be sent, and any other forms or or information the organization requires.

If accepted, requests will receive confirmation within two weeks of event date.
